The project entailed active and ongoing collaboration with the owner and design team throughout the renovation and expansion of an open/operating elite social club to restore the historic finishes reflective of the era of the building and the image of the club. The project was constantly in a status of design revision by the owner, frequently jeopardizing the schedule and the budget. The extensive custom millwork, lighting and AV system finish off the charm and elegance of the natural historic beauty of the space. The project team controlled the process during the critical stages to ensure timely completion.
