The project was a complete demolition of the current residence down to the studs. The home was rebuilt with a modern architectural emphasis. The scope of the project included ACM Removal. DCI was able to acquire a deconstruction tax donation of approximately $75,000 to the owner of the home. The project was completed under the allocated time frame and under budget with an owner move in within six months.
