DCI and MSA collaborated throughout the process with the owner’s rep to design and build this second generation tenant improvement for expedited occupancy. Upon mobilization, DCI uncovered the presence of ACM below the floor coverings. DCI engaged the abatement team simultaneously with the demolition and solved the issue without affecting the schedule.
